Note, that while I am not vegan or fully plant-based, I eat a diet rich in plants and don’t eat added sugar, oil, or refined ingredients. I stick to largely a vegetarian diet with a lot of plant-based foods incorporated. Yet, I also feel there’s a variety of eating healthy that can work for everyone.
