Note: Although I have eaten a vegetarian (and now vegan) diet for years, I have also educated myself on health throughout the last decade. With that respect, this page is set up not to convince others to live the way I do but to present high-quality, well-researched resources, recipe and lifestyle inspiration, and education about health and nutrition that I believe is important.

Dr. McDougall’s Health and Medical Center – Dr. McDougall changed my life and health for the better, and I highly recommend his website as the one-stop shop for all things plant-based nutrition. His website and the information and education he shares are truly life-changing (and free!). His website is the number one I recommend to people who come to me for help and advice.
