If there’s one thing I’m passionate about more than healthy food, it’s spreading the message of nutrition and health with others to help them reach their own health goals and thrive!
My Approach: My goal is to help clients learn to love food, prepare it in a healthy way, but most importantly, love their bodies and learn how to take care of their bodies and minds too. I help clients develop a healthy eating lifestyle that works for them, their taste preferences, their budgets, time schedules needs, hormone needs, and more. I take great care to make sure each client feels cared for and understood as much as possible so I can help them develop a healthy lifestyle that they have the confidence to know they can continue for as long as they choose to. I don’t believe in strict diets, counting calories, or weighing and measuring food. Food and health are not about counting, numbers, and measuring; they’re about nourishment and giving your body what it truly needs. I believe in healthy, progressive changes that lead to a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life!
About my Experience: I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science and Dietetics with a specialty in holistic health. I also have over 10 years of experience with health research and 11 years of experience living a healthy lifestyle with a specialty in a whole food plant-based lifestyle, although I work with clients from a variety of different eating styles. I am also educated in the field of holistic health and how to personalize health plans for a variety of individuals with different health needs. My passion is working with women and helping to improve their health along with their self-esteem and relationships with themselves.
After overcoming my own health challenges naturally, an incredible passion for helping others was lit inside of me, and I would love to hear how I can help you overcome your own health challenges or meet your health goals. I am extremely knowledgeable about all lifestyles and constantly researching the latest health information as well as scientific research and dietary strategies that allow me to help clients as much as possible.
What I Offer: I offer a variety of plans for various health needs and specialize in individualized, personalized nutritional consulting. Whether you’d like a one-time consult, a meal plan, or want more in-depth coaching, I provide a variety of services for clients coming from many walks of life.
I offer nutritional coaching and consults for the following:
- general nutrition information and how to balance meals
- how to transition into a plant-based diet
- healthy ways to safely lose or maintain your weight (no calorie-counting or weighing your food!)
- how to gain weight in a healthy way if underweight
- hormone support (low and high cortisol, menstrual irregularities, etc.)
- adrenal fatigue
- women’s health issues (all, varies)
- general health and lifestyle assistance for families
- information and menu plans on plant-based nutrition, vegan diets, vegetarian diets, gluten-free diets, allergen-free diets, and/or eating disorder recovery dietary strategies
- active lifestyle / fitness nutritional plans/support
- basic advice on food, supplements, and health information
I provide all of the following options that clients can choose from:
- one-time consults for general health questions or 1-hour sessions
- allergen-free menu plans and nutritional consulting
- personalized meal plans for dietary goals
- grocery lists, recipes, and menu plans for families
- tips on how to get started on a basic healthy lifestyle
- monthly, personalized coaching plans with weekly phone calls (or online chat sessions) and check-ins with unlimited email support
- budget-friendly menu plans
- help understanding basic nutrition through phone calls and/or email sessions

I do not provide or sell generic meal plans because I know and believe that health is an individualized issue. My goal is to always help each client meet their own needs so they can have the most support and the best results as possible. If I do not feel I can help you, I will refer you to someone else that I trust for free. I never work with someone that I do not believe I can help, and I always strive to be honest with my clients and readers above all else.
